Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Begin by washing the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

  2. 2

    Slice the Mozzarella

Cut the house-pulled mozzarella into bite-sized cubes, approximately 2 cm each.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Skewers

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes before using to prevent burning on the grill.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Assemble the Skewers

Take a skewer and thread on one piece of mozzarella, followed by one cherry tomato, then a basil leaf. Repeat this process until the skewer is filled, leaving some space at the ends for handling.

  2. 5

    Add Olives

Once the skewer is filled with mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil, thread a marinated olive at the end of the skewer for added flavor.

  3. 6

    Repeat

Repeat the assembly process with the remaining skewers until all ingredients are used.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate and Serve

Arrange the skewers on a serving platter. Optionally, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt or freshly cracked pepper before serving.
