Slice the Cheese
Using a sharp knife, slice each type of cheese into uniform pieces, around 1/4 inch thick. Arrange the slices on a large serving platter.

Prepare Fresh Fruits
Wash the fresh grapes thoroughly. Slice the apples and pears into thin wedges, leaving the skin on for added color and texture. Arrange the fresh fruits around the cheese on the platter.

Arrange Dried Fruits
Place the dried apricots and figs in small clusters on the platter, filling in any gaps around the cheese and fresh fruits.

If desired, sprinkle walnuts and almonds around the cheese and fruits for added texture and flavor.

Place Crackers and Honey
Open the box of crackers and arrange them neatly on one side of the platter. Pour honey into a small bowl and place it next to the cheese for drizzling.
