Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the frothy yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let Dough Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Pizza Assembly

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.

Shape Dough
Once risen, punch down the dough and transfer it to a floured surface. Roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle.

Add Sauce
Spread the crushed tomatoes evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Tear the fresh mozzarella into pieces and evenly distribute it over the tomato sauce.

Sprinkle salt over the pizza to taste, and drizzle olive oil on top.

Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
