Mushroom Preparation

Ricotta and Burrata

Method

Mushroom Preparation

  1. 1

    Clean the Mushrooms

Gently clean the wild mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Avoid washing them under water to prevent them from absorbing too much moisture.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Mushrooms

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the cleaned mushrooms, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and golden brown.

Ricotta and Burrata Assembly

  1. 3

    Prepare the Cheeses

In a serving dish, dollop the house made ricotta in the center. Tear the burrata into pieces and arrange them around the ricotta.

Garnish and Serve

  1. 4

    Add the Sautéed Mushrooms

Top the ricotta and burrata with the sautéed wild mushrooms, ensuring an even distribution.

  2. 5

    Garnish

Finely slice the scallions and sprinkle them over the dish. Drizzle the truffle essence on top, and finish with a sprinkle of fresh herbs.

  3. 6

    Serve

Serve the dish warm or at room temperature with crusty bread or crackers on the side.
