Melt Chocolate and Butter
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). In a heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Melt them together over a pot of simmering water, stirring occasionally. Once melted and smooth, remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Prepare Eggs and Sugar
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, and granulated sugar until the mixture is pale and slightly thickened. This should take about 3-4 minutes.

Bake the Cakes
Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder. Divide the batter evenly among the ramekins. Place them on a baking tray and bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.

Serve
Let the cakes cool for 1 minute, then invert them onto individual plates. Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a sprinkle of powdered sugar.

Prepare Berries
Wash and dry the mixed berries thoroughly. If using strawberries, hull and slice them into smaller pieces.

Layer Ingredients
In a serving glass or bowl, start with a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom. Add a layer of mixed berries followed by a layer of granola. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with berries on top.

Drizzle with Honey
Drizzle honey over the top layer of berries. Optionally, garnish with fresh mint leaves for an added touch.
