In a blender, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and adjust seasoning to taste.

In a large bowl, tear the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Add the crispy bacon, toasted pignoli nuts, and rosemary breadcrumbs.
