Chicken Frances

Prepare the Chicken
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

Dredge in Flour
Coat each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess.

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add lemon juice and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Serve
Plate the chicken and pour the sauce over the top.
Chicken Marsala

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

Dredge in Flour
Coat each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess.

Add Marsala Wine
Pour Marsala wine into the skillet, scraping up any browned bits. Cook for 2 minutes.

Combine and Serve
Return chicken to the skillet, add chicken broth, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
Chicken Parmigiana

Prepare the Chicken
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

Dredge in Flour and Egg
Coat chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat in breadcrumbs.

Add Sauce and Cheese
Place fried chicken in a baking dish, cover with marinara, and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.

Let cool for a few minutes, then serve with linguini.
