In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Marinate Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring that each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Preheat Grill or Pan
Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. If using a grill, oil the grates lightly to prevent sticking.
