Preparing the Ingredients

Prepare the Cheeses
Cut the Brie and Aged Cheddar cheese into wedges or slices and crumble the Blue cheese. Arrange them on a large serving board.

Prepare the Meats
Slice the Salami and Chorizo into thin rounds. Roll the Prosciutto slices and place them on the board alongside the other meats.

Prepare the Heirloom Tomato Puree
Chop the heirloom tomatoes and blend them in a food processor until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside.

Making the Crostini

Slice the Baguette
Cut the baguette into thin slices, about 1/2 inch thick.

Rub with Garlic
Peel the garlic cloves and rub one side of each baguette slice with the garlic for flavor.

Toast the Baguette Slices
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Toast in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Arrange the Ingredients
On a large serving board, place the cheeses, meats, and bowls of heirloom tomato puree, citrus-marinated olives, and herb salad. Fill any empty spaces with additional olives or nuts if desired.

Serve
Serve the charcuterie board with the toasted garlic-rubbed crostini on the side. Enjoy!
