Prepare the Jalapeños
Preheat your deep fryer or a pot with oil to 350°F (175°C). Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes for less heat.

Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Cook the bacon until crispy, chop it into small pieces, and add it to the cheese mixture.

Stuff the Jalapeños
Using a spoon, fill each jalapeño half with the cheese and bacon mixture.

Fry the Jalapeños
Once the oil is hot, carefully place the breaded jalapeños in the oil in batches. Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
