Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all ingredients and ensure the bacon, ham, and jalapenos are ready to use.
2. Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.
3. Cook the Beef Patties
In the same skillet, leave a little bacon grease and add the ground beef patties. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness.
4. Add Cheese and Ham
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of ham on each patty, followed by a slice of American cheese. Cover the skillet to help melt the cheese.
5. Fry the Eggs
In a separate pan, heat cooking oil over medium heat and fry the eggs sunny-side up until the whites are set but yolks are still runny.
6. Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each burger bun, place the cheeseburger patty, followed by crispy bacon, jalapenos, and a fried egg. Top with the other half of the bun.
7. Serve
Serve hot with your favorite side, such as fries or a salad.
