Prepare the Beer Cheese Sauce

Form the Burgers
In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 2 patties.

Cook the Burgers
In the same skillet used for the bacon, cook the burger patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

Fry the Pickles
In a separate pot, heat oil for frying. Dip the pickle slices in batter (if desired) and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each burger bun, layer lettuce, a burger patty, crispy bacon, deep-fried pickles, and generously pour the beer cheese sauce on top. Close with the top half of the bun.
