In a medium saucepan over low heat, add the cream cheese and beer. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and combined with the beer.

Stir in the sharp cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt. Continue to stir until the cheese is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
