Prepare the Ricotta Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Use a hand mixer or whisk to whip the mixture until it is smooth and creamy.

Wash the local strawberries thoroughly and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on your preference.

In serving bowls or plates, spoon the lemon-honey whipped ricotta. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top or beside the ricotta.
