Chill the Glassware
Start by chilling three small tasting glasses in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

Measure and Pour Amari
Once the glasses are chilled, measure 1 oz of each amaro: Amaro Nonino, Averna, and Fernet-Branca, and pour them into the respective glasses.

Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over each glass and then place a small piece in each glass. Add a mint leaf to each for a fresh aroma.

Serve
Arrange the glasses on a serving tray and present to guests. Enjoy the flight of amari!
