Prepare the Glass
Fill a wine glass or a large cocktail glass with ice cubes.

Mix the Ingredients
Pour 2 oz of housemade limoncello over the ice in the glass.

Add Prosecco
Slowly add 3 oz of prosecco to the glass, allowing it to mix gently with the limoncello.

Top with Carbonated Water
Finish by adding 1 oz of super carbonated water on top for a refreshing fizz.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a lemon slice on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy!
