Brew the Coffee
In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the coffee grounds. Stir well and let it steep for about 4-5 minutes.

Strain the Coffee
After steeping, strain the coffee using a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter into a pitcher to remove the grounds.

Let the coffee cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until it is cold.
