Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Coppa and Salami

In a skillet over medium heat, add the coppa and salami. Sauté until both are crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Taleggio Fondue

In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the milk and bring to a gentle simmer.

  3. 3

    Melt the Taleggio

Add the Taleggio cheese to the skillet, stirring constantly until it melts and becomes a smooth fondue. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Combine and Serve

Return the sautéed coppa and salami to the skillet, stirring to coat in the fondue. Cook together for an additional 2 minutes. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
