1. Make the Marinade

In a medium bowl, combine miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

Place cod fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fillets are well-coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
