Smoke the Chicken Wings
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Place the chicken wings on the smoker racks and smoke for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Apply the Dry Rub
Once the wings are smoked, remove them from the smoker and toss them in the house dry rub until evenly coated.

Prepare Goat Cheese Ranch
In a bowl, mix the goat cheese with the ranch dressing until well combined and creamy.
