Oysters

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chorizo Butter

In a skillet over medium heat, add the Iberico chorizo and cook until it starts to brown. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chorizo, unsalted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined. Fold in the chopped parsley.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Oysters

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Shuck the oysters, leaving them on the half shell. Arrange them on a grill-safe platter or tray.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Noble Toast

Slice the noble bread or baguette into 1-inch slices. Brush both sides with olive oil and grill them until toasted and golden brown.

Grilling

  1. 4

    Grill the Oysters

Spoon a generous amount of the chorizo butter mixture onto each oyster. Place the oysters on the grill and close the lid. Grill for about 5-7 minutes or until the butter is bubbling and the oysters are cooked through.

  2. 5

    Serve

Remove the grilled oysters from the grill and serve immediately with the grilled noble toast on the side.
