2. Sauté the Onion and Garlic
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
3. Cook the Lamb
Add the lamb chunks to the pot. Season with salt and pepper. Brown the lamb on all sides.
