Zelzel beef, garlic onion, black pepper, fresh herb served with injera and bread burrito
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
Add the Zelzel beef to the skillet. Season with black pepper. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and tender.
Stir in the chopped fresh herbs and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
To serve, place a portion of the beef mixture on a piece of injera or bread, then roll it up like a burrito. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
