Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the ingredients

Chop the goat meat into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the onion, bell peppers, and garlic.

  2. 2

    Cook the meat

In a large skillet or pot, heat the spiced butter over medium heat. Add the chopped goat meat and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add vegetables

Stir in the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Then add the bell peppers and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until they are slightly tender.

  4. 4

    Simmer

Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let the goat tibs simmer for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve hot with your choice of injera or rice.
