Make the Sweet Cream
In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Set aside.

Combine the Pumpkin Mixture
In a separate bowl, mix the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice until well combined. Set aside.
Mixing the Drink

Combine the Main Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the vanilla-tequila, Disaranno, and pumpkin mixture. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Finishing Touches

Add Sweet Cream
Gently spoon the prepared sweet cream over the top of the cocktail, allowing it to float.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a dollop of whipped cream. Serve immediately.
