Preparation

1. Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

2. Marinate the Chicken

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

4. Prepare the Vegetables

Trim the asparagus and halve the cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

5. Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

6. Grill the Vegetables

In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the asparagus and cherry tomatoes to the grill. Cook until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.

7. Serve

Plate the grilled chicken with asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
