Base

Method

Base Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the crust

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted unsalted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated with butter.

  2. 2

    Form the crust

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan or springform pan to create an even layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Filling Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the filling

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well until combined.

  2. 4

    Add whipped cream

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

  3. 5

    Fill the crust

Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Topping Preparation

  1. 6

    Add toppings

Arrange the sliced strawberries over the cream cheese filling, allowing some to hang over the edges for an appealing presentation.

  2. 7

    Finish with chocolate

Sprinkle chocolate shavings over the top of the strawberries for an extra touch of sweetness and elegance.

  3. 8

    Garnish

Add fresh mint leaves on top for a pop of color and freshness.
