Method
Cheese Preparation
- 1
Slice the Cheeses
Using a sharp knife, slice each of the cheeses into even wedges or cubes. Aim for around 1 oz pieces to make them easy to serve and eat.
- 2
Arrange the Cheese
On a large cheese board or platter, arrange the sliced cheeses in a circular or fan shape, leaving space in between each type for the accompaniments.
Accompaniments Setup
- 3
Add Honey
Place a small bowl or ramekin in one corner of the cheese board and fill it with Fowler honey for drizzling.
- 4
Add Lavosh Crisps
Open the package of Lavosh crisps and arrange them neatly alongside the cheeses, providing a crunchy element to the display.
Fruits and Spreads Arrangement
- 5
Add Jams and Jellies
Spoon the assorted jams and jellies into small bowls and place them on the board, ideally near the corresponding cheese flavors.
- 6
Arrange Fresh Fruits
Wash and slice the fresh fruits (grapes, figs, apples) as needed, and scatter them around the cheese and spreads for added color and flavor.
