    Prepare the Jalapeño Bacon

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the jalapeño bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

    Form the Patties

    In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.

    Cook the Patties

    Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

    Add Cheese

    During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

    Assemble the Burgers

    Spread barbecue sauce on the bottom half of each pretzel roll. Place the cheese-covered patty on top, followed by the jalapeño bacon. Top with the other half of the pretzel roll.

    Serve

    Serve the XXX Burger hot with additional barbecue sauce on the side if desired.
