Crispy Duck Wings Ingredients
Method
Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Duck Wings
Pat the duck wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This helps achieve extra crispiness.
Make the Coating
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Coat the Wings
Toss the duck wings in the flour mixture until well coated. Shake off any excess flour.
Fry the Wings
In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the coated duck wings in batches, frying for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Prepare the Sesame Garlic Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and sesame seeds. Set aside.
Serve
Serve the crispy duck wings with the sesame garlic sauce and your choice of wing dipping sauce.
