In a blender, combine fresh strawberries and orange juice. Blend until smooth.

Pour the strawberry mixture into a glass, filling it halfway. Top with sparkling wine and gently stir.

In a shaker, combine elderflower liqueur and lemon juice. Shake well.

Pour the elderflower mixture into a glass, filling it halfway. Top with sparkling wine and gently stir.

In a glass, combine chinola pulp and lime juice. Mix well.

Sprinkle Tajin on top of the passion fruit mixture, then add sparkling wine, filling the glass. Gently stir to combine.
