Bistro Burger Ingredients

Method

Bistro Burger Directions

  1. 1

    Caramelize the Onions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Slice the onions thinly and add them to the skillet. Sprinkle with salt and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and caramelized.

  2. 2

    Prepare Sauce Verte

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped parsley, capers, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Stir until well mixed and set aside.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Burger

Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the burger patties (if using) with salt and black pepper. Cook them to your desired doneness. In the last few minutes, place slices of raclette cheese on top of each patty to melt. Toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster.

  4. 4

    Build the Burger

Spread the sauce verte on the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun, add the burger patty with melted raclette, top with caramelized onions, and finish with the top half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the bistro burger hot with your choice of sides.
