Preparing the Waffle Fries

Bake the Waffle Fries
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the frozen waffle fries evenly on a baking sheet. Bake according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy, usually around 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
Assembling the Nachos

Layer the Ingredients
Once the waffle fries are done baking, remove them from the oven and layer the shredded cheese evenly over the hot fries. Next, add the smoked pulled pork, crumbled bacon, diced red onion, diced tomato, and sliced black olives on top.

Melt the Cheese
Return the assembled nachos to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
