Burgers

Method

Burgers

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patties

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties, about 1-inch thick.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burgers

On each burger bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked burger patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.

Fries

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into long, thin strips (about 1/4 inch thick).

  2. 7

    Season the Fries

In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.

  3. 8

    Bake the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the seasoned potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
