Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Chop Vegetables
Dice the onion and slice the green bell pepper into strips.
Cooking

Grill the Chicken
Preheat a grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Then add the sliced green bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Make the Sauce
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
