Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the potatoes into thin strips and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry. Toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. 2

    Bake the Fries

Spread the potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

  3. 3

    Grill the Steak

While the fries are baking, season the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Salad

In a bowl, combine the mixed salad greens and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently to coat.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once the fries are cooked and the steak is grilled, serve the steak alongside the fries and a side of salad.
