Make the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine milk powder, all-purpose flour, and baking soda. Add ghee and mix well. Gradually add milk to form a soft dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Shape the Balls
Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into smooth balls, ensuring they are crack-free.

Fry the Balls
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the balls in batches, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown. Remove them and drain on paper towels.

Soak in Syrup
Once fried, immediately immerse the hot balls in the warm syrup. Let them soak for at least 30 minutes before serving.
