Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Marinate

In a large bowl, combine the wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss well to ensure the wings are evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Add Vinegar

Pour in the white vinegar and toss the wings again. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  4. 4

    Bake the Wings

Place the marinated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve the wings hot with extra vinegar for drizzling, if desired.
