    Prepare Jasmine Rice

    Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, fluff with a fork and set aside.

    Prepare Wakame Salad

    Soak the dried wakame seaweed in warm water for about 10 minutes until it expands. Drain and chop into bite-sized pieces.

    Marinate Tuna

    Cut the yellow fin tuna into cubes. In a bowl, combine soy sauce and grated ginger. Toss the tuna cubes in the mixture and let marinate for 10 minutes.

    In a serving bowl, layer the cooked jasmine rice as the base. Top with marinated tuna, wakame salad, pickled daikon radish, cucumber slices, and sliced scallions.
