Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients needed for the cold subs.

Slice the Vegetables
Wash and slice the lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.

Build the Subs
Take a sub roll and layer with your choice of meats, cheeses, and vegetables. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the inside before adding the fillings.

Season
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cut and Arrange
Cut the subs into halves or quarters and arrange them on a serving tray.

Add Pickles
Place pickles on the side of the tray for extra flavor.
