Prepare the Sandwich Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced turkey, cranberry sauce, prepared stuffing, and mayonnaise. Mix gently until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Sandwiches
Slice the sandwich rolls or baguettes in half lengthwise. Spoon a generous amount of the turkey mixture onto the bottom half of each roll.

Finish and Serve
Place the top half of the roll over the filling to create a sandwich. Arrange the sandwiches on a large tray and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
