Baking Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Cream Butter and Sugars
In a large bowl, beat the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until creamy.
Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Combine Ingredients
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Cool and Serve
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
