Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Meatballs

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, eggs, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

2

Form and Bake Meatballs

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Form the meat mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned.

3

Make the Marinara Sauce

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent. Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and sugar. Simmer for 20 minutes.

4

Combine Meatballs and Sauce

Add the baked meatballs to the marinara sauce and let simmer on low heat for an additional 10 minutes.

5

Serve

Serve meatballs in a bowl with marinara sauce, topped with sliced provolone cheese and grated Romano cheese. Provide baked rolls for serving.
