Method
Assembling the Box Lunch

Prepare the Sub Roll
Take the sub sandwich roll and slice it open lengthwise without cutting all the way through.

Assemble the Sandwich
Layer deli meats, cheese, lettuce, and tomato inside the roll in that order.

Add Condiments
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the inside of the roll before adding the fillings for extra flavor.

Pack the Sandwich
Place the sandwich in a box or container suitable for a lunch.

Add Sides
Add a bag of chips or a serving of cole slaw next to the sandwich in the box.

Add Dessert
Finish by placing a cookie in the box for dessert.
