Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ground Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add ground beef, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Pork Skins

While the beef is cooking, preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the pork skins in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Dish

Once the ground beef is cooked, evenly distribute it over the pork skins. Sprinkle diced jalapenos and shredded cheddar cheese on top.

  4. 4

    Bake

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Ron Special!
