Churro Preparation Steps
Add Eggs
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the dough is smooth and glossy.
Pipe the Churros
Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe strips of dough into the hot oil, cutting them to your desired length.
Fry the Churros
Fry the churros until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Coat with Sugar
In a shallow bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Roll the fried churros in the mixture until coated.
Serve
Serve the churros warm with scoops of ice cream on the side.
