Prepare Ice Cream Balls
Scoop the vanilla ice cream into 4 balls and place them on a baking sheet. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.

Coat Ice Cream Balls
Dip each ice cream ball into the flour mixture, then roll it in the cornflake mixture until well coated. Repeat for all ice cream balls.

Freeze Again
Place the coated ice cream balls back in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to set.

Fry Ice Cream
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully fry the ice cream balls for about 10-15 seconds until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve
Place the fried ice cream balls on serving plates. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate and strawberry syrup. Serve immediately.
