Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare Ice Cream Balls

Scoop the vanilla ice cream into 4 balls and place them on a baking sheet. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.

  2. 2

    Prepare Coating

In a bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, and milk until smooth.

  3. 3

    Coat Ice Cream Balls

Dip each ice cream ball into the flour mixture, then roll it in the cornflake mixture until well coated. Repeat for all ice cream balls.

  4. 4

    Freeze Again

Place the coated ice cream balls back in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to set.

  5. 5

    Fry Ice Cream

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully fry the ice cream balls for about 10-15 seconds until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
