Panna Cotta Preparation

Prepare the Gelatin
In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 3 tablespoons of cold water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until softened.

Heat the Cream Mixture
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture begins to simmer.

Add Chocolate and Gelatin
Remove from heat and add chopped milk chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth. Then, add the softened gelatin and vanilla extract, stirring until fully combined.

Chill the Mixture
Pour the mixture into serving glasses or molds. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
