Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Add chicken pieces, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  2. 2

    Fry the Chicken

In a deep skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Dredge marinated chicken pieces in flour, shaking off excess. Fry chicken in batches for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Make the Parsley Fries

Cut potatoes into fries and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry. In a bowl, toss fries with olive oil, chopped parsley, and salt. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30 minutes or until crispy.

  4. 4

    Prepare Baby Lettuces

Rinse and dry baby lettuces. Toss in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt.

  5. 5

    Bake the Cookies

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place salted chocolate chip cookie dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool.
