Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Escargots

If using canned escargots, rinse them under cold water. If using fresh, clean them thoroughly and soak them in salted water for a few hours.

  2. 2

    Make the Garlic Butter

In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, finely chopped parsley, and minced shallots. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Combine with Escargots

Add the escargots to the garlic butter mixture and toss until they are well coated.

  4. 4

    Add White Wine

In a baking dish, place the coated escargots and pour the white wine over them.

  5. 5

    Bake

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake the escargots for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are heated through and bubbling.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired. Enjoy with crusty bread to soak up the delicious garlic butter.
